AV is seeking an experienced administrator to provide support for our regional clinical operations Department. This is a full time, permanent position currently based in Ballarat.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Regional Director, the responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively manage the Regional Office administrative functions.
- Establish and maintain office and administrative systems to ensure the retrieval and dissemination of information to facilitate efficiency.
- Foster constructive and effective working relationships within the Region, across AV, and with key external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including preparation of itineraries and detailed confirmation of meeting/business purpose details, timelines for the Regional Management Team and complete reimbursement forms as required.
**About you**
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Certificate IV or above in business studios/office administration or substantial experience.
- Demonstrated, substantial experience and expertise in providing high level administrative support.
- Experience in using electronic file management systems.
