What You'll Do
* Conduct estate condition assessments and asset data verification audits at Defence sites.
* Validate and maintain asset information in Defence estate systems (e.g., GEMS, DEIS, WMS).
* Engage with internal teams, subcontractors and Defence stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
* Prepare and submit appraisal reports, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Promote Downer's Zero Harm values and ensure all activities comply with WHS and environmental legislation.
What You'll Bring
* Certificate IV in Asset Management or equivalent (mandatory).
* Demonstrated experience in asset auditing, condition assessment and data analysis.
* Diploma of Asset Management Planning, construction, engineering or facilities management qualification (desirable).
* Asbestos awareness, White Card and site access credentials (desirable).
* Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required).
* A strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes for our clients.
