About the Role
We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and super organised Key Account Manager that GETS it! This is an exciting opportunity to join our journey in a high-growth environment with Australia's fastest growing baby brand.
You'll be in the thick of it with the team, managing Baby Bunting, Big W and Independent Pharmacy accounts, as well as supporting our National Account Manager with the day-to-day management of other national accounts like Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, Woolworths and Coles.
You'll focus on delivering excellent execution across NPD launches, pricing, promotions and forecasting and reporting whilst still being very hands on with our customers and supporting the team with range reviews.
Where you'll shine:
* Building meaningful relationships across our business and with our external partners
* Keeping admin support running smoothly - from supplier forms to promo portals, images, forecasting and scan data
* Staying on top of actions and customer requests, making sure nothing slips through the cracks
* Joining sales meetings and turning key objectives into clear follow‐ups
* Tracking how promotions perform and spotting opportunities to boost results
* Keeping our shared drive organised with all the latest promo details, forecasts and COOP plans
* Partnering closely with the National Account Manager and Managing Director during range reviews and customer meetings
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an energetic sales professional who knows the pharmacy and/or grocery channels inside out. We need a bright star – a true relationship builder with a proven track record of smashing sales targets and driving growth.
Your 'must-haves':
* Key account management experience across pharmacy and/or grocery
* A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast‐paced, ever‐moving environment
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across different customers
* Demonstrated ability in achieving sales targets and budget goals
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, Excel and Canva to bring ideas to life
* Strong analytical instincts and comfortable diving into sales data and reporting tools
* Fantastic people skills and the ability to build strong, genuine relationships
