Job Description
As a key member of the mental health team, you will provide specialist care to consumers and their families within your designated region. You will be responsible for providing specialist mental health assessment and clinical management to promote positive mental health outcomes and hospital avoidance.
The role involves working in accordance with shared care principles and within a multidisciplinary treatment team to assist consumers to access services and enhance their engagement with internal and external agencies.
You will take a lead role in the development and implementation of system changes and service improvements in Adult Mental Health Services. As a senior clinician, you will contribute to building collaborative working relationships and positive team culture across all services in AMHS, including community services and inpatient units.

Essential Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse Practitioner
* Completed specialist tertiary graduate or postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification
* Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration
* Current Driver's Licence
