Diploma or higher in Early Childhood and TAE **** Assessor skill set or equivalent are essential requirements.
A demonstrated ability to develop and conduct assessments, validations, and moderations in the VET environment is crucial.
Understanding of learning materials and processes used in the discipline area and commitment to maintaining professional currency are expected.
Providing feedback in an adult learning environment and motivating and encouraging students are key responsibilities.
