Horticultural Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Horticultural Maintenance Specialist to maintain our outdoor spaces, ensuring they look great and meet workplace safety requirements.
* Care for a wide variety of plants including shrubs, vines, grasses, and flowers
* Perform landscaping tasks such as pruning, planting, dividing, and leaf removal
* Maintain car parks, pathways, and garden areas to the highest standards
* Monitor for pests and diseases and take action as needed to prevent their spread
This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity where you will work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Requirements
* Experience in a horticultural environment with a proven track record in garden maintenance and upkeep
* Certificate 3 in Horticulture or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe
* Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control (ACDC) License - desirable but not essential
* Current driver's licence for flexibility in work assignments
* Flexibility to work some shifts in different locations on a rotational basis
* Personal presentation to a high standard
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues
