Human Resources Specialist
Job Summary:
As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic support and guidance to management and employees on various HR-related matters. This role involves managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, fostering positive employee relations, and contributing to the overall success of our HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance management.
* Manage recruitment and selection processes.
* Implement a reward and recognition program.
* Oversee HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records.
* Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
* Work closely with the Workforce Systems Manager to optimize the use of HRIS systems and data analytics.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
* Act with integrity and professionalism.
* Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
