Responsibilities
* Provide clinical governance oversight and lead quality improvement initiatives.
* Manage and support care staff to deliver high-quality resident care.
* Coordinate and monitor resident care plans and daily care delivery.
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor quality indicators, participate in internal audits, and drive corrective actions as needed.
* Contribute to staff development, training, and supervision.
Qualifications
* Current Nursing Registration (eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse).
* Experience in the Aged Care Sector as a Senior Registered Nurse.
