* Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively
* Analyze plans and drawings to ensure accuracy
* Promote quality control throughout all projects
* Inspect work for defects and ensure conformance with specifications
Required Skills:
* Civil construction experience and qualifications
* Demonstrated ability in screeding, hand finishing, and related civil works
* Valid Class C driver's license
* Construction Induction White card
