About the Role
This role is a wonderful blend of administration, project coordination support, marketing and client engagement support as well as other tasks to support the Modular team and product.
Key Duties and Responsibilities are
Creating, sending and following up on Invoices
Job costings and supporting the development of quotes
Developing and executing Purchase Orders
Sales and Client management
Working with Salesforce and Harmoniq CSM
Developing modular marketing and creative content

About You
We are looking for someone who is an Administration Superstar
You will need to work in line with our core values, have a growth mindset, ability to collaborate to support the
Must-Have
Experience in Administration including invoicing, quoting and purchase orders
Experience working with sales and invoice specific software systems
Experience working with modular planning and delivery
Experience working in Construction
Experience developing and executing creative content for websites and marketing, using Canva or other platforms
Experience and success developing client relationships and delivering on sale targets
Nice to Have
Experience using Salesforce or Harmoniq
Experience working with certifiers, contractors, council
Personal Attributes

- Honest, reliable, and highly accountable
