Job Description
As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients.
Your role will involve building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their current and future needs, and providing expert advice to ensure the highest level of presentation.
* Professionally manage a portfolio of properties
* Provide expert advice to clients
* Identify opportunities for new and existing clients
* Prepare and manage budgets and timely reporting to clients
* Regular property inspections
* Manage capital projects on behalf of the client
* Interpreting and assisting with commercial leases
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in the Property Industry (desirable)
* Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to obtain in the near future)
* Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
* A keen eye for detail
* A team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
* Customer centric focus
* Basic financial and analytical skills
