Overview Experienced Site Administrator required for our client's new Rehabilitation project located close to Moranbah to drive administrative processes.
Responsibilities Attending internal operational meetings and preparing accurate minutesDrafting, editing, and distributing standard production reports and summariesManaging correspondence, data entry, and filing within production systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, or site-specific platforms)Coordinating schedules, meeting minutes, and day-to-day operational admin tasksAssisting with site access, timesheet coordination, and production-related document controlLiaising with internal teams (operations, maintenance, safety) to collate and escalate key information efficiently Experience & Requirements At least 2 years' administrative experience, ideally within mining, production, or operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office - especially Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables), Word, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing meeting minutes and operational summariesStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on tight turnaround in a dynamic, shift-based workplaceExperience with contractor on-boarding platforms - Intelics (Desirable)Team-focused, can manage multiple tasks under pressure, and is proactive with follow-throughCurrent Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical On Offer Highly rewarding salary packageMonday to Friday RosterPermanent roleCamp & Meals SuppliedGive me a call or shoot me an email to discuss this role in more detail.Mark Powell - DirectorMyndshift Group
