We are currently seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to oversee our contracts, projects, and stakeholder relations from our Hobart office.
The Role
This is a pivotal role where you will manage the end-to-end administration of contracts, programs, and specialized projects. You will be the bridge between our operations, senior management, and external stakeholders, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract & Variation Management: Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, and services to ensure they remain aligned with business goals.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering professionals, and property owners to ensure all project milestones and contractual goals are met.
* Inquiry Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex problems or inquiries concerning contracts, services, and affected parties.
* Documentation & Administration: Manage all comprehensive paperwork and compliance records associated with active contracts and programs.
* Strategic Reporting: Collect and analyse project data to report on outcomes, and prepare detailed submissions regarding the organisation's activities for internal and external review.
* Advisory Role: Provide advice to senior management on critical matters and take responsibility for implementing executive decisions.
* Contractor Oversight: Supervise work performed by external contractors and provide formal reports on any variations to work orders.
* Facilities Coordination: Lead the review and arrangement of new office accommodation and operational spaces as required.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum one year of experience in the role.
* Proven experience in Contract Administration.
* Strong ability to negotiate and manage contract variations.
* Technical literacy to collaborate with Architects and Engineering professionals.
* Advanced analytical skills for data collection and reporting.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
