Customer Service Team Leader Job Description


Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of 12 customer service representatives, supporting four sites virtually from the Erskine Park office. As a true leader and collaborator, you will work well with a fantastic and engaged team, utilizing your technical skills to troubleshoot minor issues and manage people's information and communication.

The ideal candidate has experience in a team lead position in a customer service environment, with a minimum of 10 direct reports. They must possess a strong focus on keeping a team engaged and being a hands-on leader. Tech savviness is also essential, as is a proactive individual with a safety mindset.


Main Responsibilities

* Leading a team of 12 customer service representatives
* Supporting four sites virtually from the Erskine Park office
* Troubleshooting minor issues and managing people's information and communication
* Setting KPIs and driving cross-functional engagement


Requirements

Experience in a team lead position in a customer service environment with a minimum of 10 direct reports

Team player attitude with a strong focus on keeping a team engaged

Strong technical skills and a safety mindset

Proactive individual with excellent reporting, meeting, and driving cross-functional engagement skills
