You'll support the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across the ACT, working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and subcontractors. This role is ideal for a Project Engineer with solid site experience who wants exposure to end-to-end project delivery, strong mentoring, and a clear pathway toward Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager roles. Tasks & Responsibilities * Support delivery of civil construction projects from start to finish * Assist with planning, programming and cost control * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams * Manage documentation, RFIs and technical queries * Monitor quality assurance and WHS compliance * Provide regular progress reporting to project leadership * Ensure works are delivered to specification and programme Skills & Experience * Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management * Experience working as a Project Engineer on civil projects * Strong understanding of earthworks, services, roads or structures * Ability to read drawings and manage technical details * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and project systems * ACT experience highly regarded but not essential Benefits & Perks * $100,000-$160,000 super (depending on experience) * Full-time, permanent role * Long-term project pipeline in Canberra * Supportive leadership and structured career development * Opportunity to grow into Senior PE / PM roles * Stable employment with a respected civil contractor About the company Guideline ACT is a long-established civil construction company delivering infrastructure projects across the ACT.
