Job Description:
We are seeking an Accuracy Specialist to ensure the accuracy of our electronic catalogue through effective management of customer and store feedback.
This role involves managing the entire customer and store feedback process, from triaging queries to resolving issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to interpret data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
About the Role:
* Manage customer and store feedback processes
* Triage queries to ensure optimum resolution
* Action queries in line with service level agreements
* Actively follow up on outstanding issues with internal and external stakeholders
* Conduct research on customer and store queries
* Engage in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage, collate and report on application queries from stores
* Interpret data/reports from feedback to identify bigger picture issues
* Keep up to date with changes and technology within the industry
* Maintain understanding of data use and end applications
Key Requirements:
* Advanced understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive part structures an advantage
* Self-motivated and passionate about having accurate catalogue records
* Analytical and organised with high levels of attention to detail
* Ability to analyse and interpret information, highlight nuances and provide recommendations or practical solutions
* Clear and concise communicator and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
