As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Ensuring the successful, professional and consistent operation of the store to support business growth and deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
- Motivating and engaging the team to deliver meaningful customer experiences, achieve results and overcome day to day challenges.
- Training, coaching and mentoring the team to support their personal development and career progression.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a fast-paced Retail or Hospitality environment
- Proven leadership experience - training, coaching & performance-managing individuals.
- Strong Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Customer Service, Sales & Commercial skills.
- _ Ability to work a full-time rotating roster, where late night trading and alternate weekend availability is required._
