About the Opportunity

Typical Responsibilities
Administer, monitor and maintain Council's Microsoft Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
Manage and support cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Azure platforms.
Manage and maintain core infrastructure systems: servers, networks, telephony, backup/recovery and security.
Provide an escalation point for complex user hardware/software issues following initial diagnosis by other team members.
Contribute to the design, planning and delivery of ICT infrastructure components for business and digital transformation projects.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary (exclusive of super): $97,130–$108,719 (dependent on skills and experience). Performance-based increase available after 12 months.
