We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Decarbonization Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainability and wants to be part of a pioneering effort in the production of clean ammonia.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our day-to-day business activities, ensuring internal efficiency, and working alongside our leadership team as they focus on high-level strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and formatting policy and procedure documents
* Coordinate internal and external organizational tasks
* Scheduling for various meetings and events
* Supporting WHS processes
* Support with HR-related activities
Fine administration support includes managing payroll for employees and contractors, maintaining accurate bookkeeping and financial records, coordinating vendor payments, purchase orders, and purchasing processes.
Communication and marketing tasks include aiding in drafting and formatting promotional material, including newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing collateral, assisting in the preparation of pitch decks and other presentation materials, drafting and assembling board packs, compiling and graphing data for reports and presentations, preparing and recording weekly meeting minutes, and helping to keep other internal documentation up to date.
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or EA/PA role, strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, experience with basic financial processes, excellent writing, grammar, and formatting abilities, confidence working with data and creating simple visualizations, and comfort with ambiguity and evolving processes in a rapidly growing environment.
