NFK is a wholesale supplier of glazing tools, glass processing consumables, glass handling and processing machinery, and architectural hardware for glass. As a 42 year old family business, with offices in Brisbane and Perth and customers nation wide, we offer very stable employment in a friendly, health conscious and professional work environment. Our office is a relaxed but busy workspace, which requires an extra team member to manage our growing workload.
The Role
- The successful candidate will be in constant collaborative communication with all other staff.
- Office based customer service / sales
- Element of warehouse duties
- Assisting customers with order placement & processing or product enquiries, either via phone, email, or at our trade counter.
- Preparing quotes
- Managing existing quotes in CRM
- Picking and Packing orders when needed
- Supporting sales staff
- Being a fast paced role requires a physical fit and active person
- Hours 7.30 ~ 4.30, Monday to Friday
Skills/Experience 
- Previous experience in customer service / sales is an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working as part of a small inclusive team
- High level of professionalism
- Strong problem solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Being very resilient and adaptable, with proven initiative
- Strong email etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks at once
- Willingness to take instructions and direction from other staff
