DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator to join our high performing team in Carole Park, QLD
You will make an impact in the following ways:
* Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space
* Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders
* Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse
* Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role, you will need the following: **
* A current Forklift licence
* The flexibility to work reasonable overtime as required
* Previous warehousing/stores experience preferred but not essential
* Previous experience in a customer facing role as part of a team would be beneficial
* Ability to work unsupervised and commit to undertaking all work safely and efficiently
* Intermediate computer skills (MS Office – intermediate Excel) and can learn new systems and processes quickly

QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information:
* 38 hour/week
* Mon-Fri: 08:00 – 16:00
* Some weekend work as required by the business
* This role is included in the On Call Roster
Experience:
* This is an entry level position with minimal work experience required
* You must be certified to operate forklifts and/or other warehouse machinery.
