Concierge Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our Concierge team as a Porter. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have memorable experiences during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front Desk Support: Be present at the Front Desk or lobby area to assist guests, colleagues, and visitors.
* Guest Service: Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
* Luggage Management: Ensure efficient and timely collection and delivery of guest luggage.
* Information Provision: Assist guests with inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
* Interdepartmental Communication: Communicate with other departments to ensure relevant information is shared between teams.
* Safety and Security: Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a busy hotel environment.
* Prompt and Efficient Service: Ability to provide prompt and efficient service, including building rapport with guests.
* Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
* Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of team members.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday periods.
