 
        
        Job DescriptionSAP EC/TimeoffAs an SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off SME, you will play a pivotal role in supporting ongoing BAU activities. 
You will be responsible for timely response to support incidents and demand requests alongside collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in EC and EC time off and a passion for driving business driven HR solutions. 
This role will be under the supervision of the Associate Director, HR Systems and will sit within a team of 8 people.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of SuccessFactors applications (principally Employee Central & Employee Central Time Off Modules)Collaborate with business users (HR teams & Payroll) to understand their business needs to deliver timely solutionsProactively identify and resolve system issues or bugs and provide ongoing support to end users across applicationsPossess a strong set of consulting skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deploymentConvert business requirements into system configuration elements and develop a solution design for the SuccessFactors, ensuring adherence to governance processes and best practicesEngage in regular meetings with stakeholders to foster trust, enhance collaboration, and strengthen the visibility and influence of IT within their perspectiveFacilitate in training sessions for end-users or HR teams to help them understand the systemRequirementsProven experience of full cycle implementation of SAP Employee Central & Employee Central Timeoff modulesA minimum of 5 years' experience within SAP SuccessFactors (technical and functional).
