Front Office Assistant
The Front Office Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel’s front desk. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist guests with luggage and parking, providing a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
* Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
* Support the daily operations of the front office, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and key card management.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive working environment.
* Report regularly to department managers to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid driving license
