About The Role

Reporting to the State Manager of the Sales team based in Adelaide, South Australia your focus will be on building strong customer relationships while demonstrating exceptional sales and customer service skills within a strong team environment.

* Deliver the territory's share of the national sales plan – delivering upon the short- and longer-term objectives.
* Understand our values, our customer service proposition, and our ability to deliver our customers exceptional added value, to educate and inform customers and stakeholders of these benefits.
* Maintain KPI's and focus on continuous improvement.
* The ability to grow sales in an exciting and customer-focused business, where your experience and ideas are valued and encouraged.
* To be supported by a team of like-minded professionals – with a shared vision.

About You
* Is a self-starter with a positive 'can do' ambitious attitude.
* Has exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to seamlessly adapt.
* Has proven ability to maximise both business and customer satisfaction.

* Desires to grow and develop with a growing organisation.
* Has great organisational skills.
* Has experience using data, tools & technology;
* Holds a current driver's licence.
