We are looking for an experienced Retail Activation Manager for a 6-month maternity leave role.
In this fast paced and hands on role you will lead the end-to-end trade activation campaign process with the sales and marketing teams and will be responsible for supporting the communication of all trade marketing initiatives and manage the instore experience for all key stake holders
Key responsibilities:
* Manage day to day activation projects, ensuring key milestones are met.
* With the input of the Head of Sales and Marketing team assist developing and executing trade promotions and activation campaigns.
* Manage creative agencies and material suppliers on a day-to-day basis, to ensure delivery of high quality outputs that are on brief, on brand and on budget.
* Manage POS and inventory for Trade Partners.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brief and within budget.
* Ensure all key stakeholders are involved and aware of key activation plans.
* Monthly reporting on recent activations and campaigns.
To join our dynamic team you will need:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role either in OTC or FMCG environment
* Marketing or Business Degree
* Strong financial management skills
* Ability to think outside the box
* Strong planning, organisation and prioritising skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Hands on and ability to get the job done
* Team player
* Self-motivated and driven
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
