Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're seeking a proactive, organised, and professional EA to provide high-level support to our CEO and Group Support team.
About the Role
Based at our Head Office in Yatala, the Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the CEO and Group Support team. You'll manage diaries, travel, communications, projects and assist with accounts payable, while also being the welcoming face of Group Support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO's diary, meetings, travel, and communications.
* Provide executive support to the CEO, Group Support, and branches.
* Coordinate board papers, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
* Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, and reports.
* Support internal events, meetings, and conferences.
* Oversee reception into Head Office, visitor management, and general office operations.
* Coordinate and distribute the Around the Branches newsletter.
* Manage company uniforms, fuel cards, toll passes, pool cars, and service awards.
* Perform the Accounts Payable function for Group Support team.
* Support HR and marketing functions when required.
* Ensure the office, boardroom, and training rooms are organised and fully stocked.
About You

* Strong in written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail.
* Discreet, professional, and trustworthy in handling confidential matters.
* Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems.
* Confident building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* Skilled in customer service and able to represent the CEO and Group Support team with professionalism.
* Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Experience Required
* Experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience in administration, reception, and accounts functions.
