About the Role
As our new Senior Change Manager, you'll be leading the change strategy and execution for implementing a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system across V/Line, which will revolutionise the way we work.
The successful candidate will oversee communications, engage with a variety of stakeholders, drive training and support related programs to ensure a consistent and transparent user experience.
This position is crucial in driving the shift from manual processes to digital workflows, enhancing adoption, engagement, and benefits realisation for employees, leaders, and administrators.
Working across V/Line's diverse workforce, you'll partner with stakeholders across Communications, IT, People, Risk, and Change networks to deliver on program objectives in a timely manner.
About You
* Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end change management for large, enterprise-wide HCM/HR system implementations
* Must have 10+ years' experience successfully working as a Change Manager in complex environments
* Proven experience leading and directly managing a Change Management team
* Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence a variety stakeholder groups, up to executive leadership
* Proven ability to be flexible and work independently in a fast-paced program environment
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (highly desirable)
