Electrical Instrumentation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Instrumentation Specialist to maintain water and wastewater treatment infrastructure, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational capacity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct technical assessments of electrical and instrumentation assets.
2. Support the principal electrician with administrative tasks.
3. Perform maintenance and inspections for safety and reliability.
4. Diagnose complex control systems and equipment.
5. Provide technical guidance to colleagues.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* A minimum of a Certificate III in Electrical Trade (AQF 3) or above.
* Proficient computer literacy and understanding of telemetry systems.
* Confined Space Certification (or ability to obtain).
* Immunizations for Hepatitis A, B, and Tetanus (or ability to obtain).
* A current White Card.
* Safety awareness and interpersonal skills.
* A valid 'C' class driver's license.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
* An additional Instrumentation trade qualification (or opportunity to obtain).
* EEHA certification.
* Working at Heights certification.
* Experience with telemetry systems.
* Experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities.
