Your Role
As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you'll support NDIS participants across all ages in a community setting by:
Managing a varied caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goals
Assessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function
Developing evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual
Recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence
Supporting participants in home, school, work, and community settings
Maintaining compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Current registration with
AHPRA
as an Occupational Therapist
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
A proactive and innovative mindset, with a genuine desire to make a difference
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team
A passion for helping people in the
disability sector
