About The Opportunity
As a Site Supervisor for the Sunshine Coast Total Fitouts team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities during the fit-out construction process. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring our projects stay on time and to budget.
* Collaborate with the team to understand project objectives, client expectations, and constraints.
* Work closely with the Project Manager, to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
* Supervise on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and resolve construction issues effectively.
* Manage variation requests, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.
* Generate progress reports, document on-site activities, and track project milestones.
* Ensure compliance with site health, safety, and environmental standards.
What You Bring:
* Experience supervising construction projects (commercial preferred by not essential)
* Qualifications in site workplace health and safety.
* Proficiency in construction processes, codes, and regulations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to interpret construction drawings and documents.
