Job Description
Reporting to the Country Head, this role will take the lead in all business development activities on the East coast of Australia. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and secure key accounts.
4. Analyse market trends to forecast sales and adapt strategies accordingly.
5. Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
6. Craft bespoke proposals to meet diverse client needs, enhancing value proposition.
7. Lead and guide the team providing mentorship and support to deliver on key objectives.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the position, your experience and knowledge will include the following:
8. Significant experience in upstream Oil & Gas in Australia
9. Proven track record in engaging customers, delivering successful bids and building a credible band linked to capability
10. Deep network with the industry
11. Strong technical capability
12. Strategically adept in adjusting and pivoting to market needs
13. Sales leadership experience
