Who are we looking for:
Do you love creating and editing content for social media? Are you across all things TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest? Do you love seeing your ideas and content go viral and translate into Sales?
We are on the lookout for a Brisbane based, Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help take Munchkin & Bear to the next level!
Job tasks & responsibilities:
* You would be responsible for planning and executing the social media and content calendar across all online marketing channels.
* Develop high quality, on-brand content across all our social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
* Keep on top of new digital trends and tools.
* Coordinate high-quality, timely and engaging responses to our followers.
* Assisting in capturing and re-sharing user generated content (UGC).
* Community building – engage with and grow our on online community.
* Manage influencers and brand partners.
* Assist in creating email marketing campaigns (not essential & can be taught!)
What we're looking for:
* A positive, enthusiastic, hard working team member with a can-do attitude!
* A creative mind that can entertain and captivate and our community and is willing to try new things.
* Experience and knowledge of social media for business, particularly Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook
* Qualifications in marketing, digital marketing, media or graphic design will be very highly regarded, but not essential if you have proven relevant experience.
* Experience with social media scheduling platforms ideal.
* Strong skills in creative graphic design, eg Capcut, Canva or the Adobe suite.
* Strong video editing skills.
* Confident and well spoken, willing to appear in content.
* Strong copywriting skills – able to write in the voice of our brand
* Willing to dive into a small business structure and culture - a small but wonderful team who work very closely across all aspects of the business.
* You must also be able/willing to manage social media posts and community engagement during peak times, but our flexible working arrangements will allow for this extra time within your work week (ie shorter in-office hours)
