Carehaven Services is seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals to provide clinical care and personal care services. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes.
Roles Available:
Carer – Personal Care Services
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with light household duties (meal preparation, tidying, laundry)
* Support clients with community access and social engagement
* Maintain accurate records of care provided
* Assist with shopping and errands
Community Nurse (Clinical Care - General Nursing)
* Medication management
* Conduct wound assessments and provide appropriate care
* Monitor healing progress and maintain clinical documentation
* Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and family members as required
* Administer medications and monitor vital signs
* Provide health education and support for clients and families
* Respond to urgent care needs within scope of practice
Qualifications and Skills:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
* Certificate 111/ IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
* Compassionate, patient-centred approach
* Current driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client homes

Pay: $39.00 – $120.00 per hour
