About the Role
The Administration Officer, Offender Management provides a range of administration support to Loddon Prison and Middleton correctional facilities. Reporting to the Offender Management Supervisor, you will be part of a small team and will be responsible for a wide variety of functions including resolving internal stakeholder queries, preparing, attending and distributing minutes of various meetings such as Case Management Review Committee and regular supervisor meetings, and other general computer‐related duties.
* Take, prepare, distribute and attend to electronic filing of minutes of various meetings, including regular Supervisor and Case Management Review Committee (CMRC) meetings.
* Create and maintain records in the Prisoner Information System (PIMS).
* Promote communication and liaison across all levels of staff involved in offender management processes, including other locations, Community Correctional Services, Sentence Management, and other business units within Corrections Victoria.
About You
We are looking for people with the right attitude. No experience is required as all training is provided upon commencement. Data entry and rostering experience is preferable.
