We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our operations team.
This role is based in our Sydney or Melbourne office and requires a hybrid work arrangement with at least three days per week in the office.
As an insurance operations specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email, handling inbound calls, and supporting management as required.
* Key responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, managing call lengths, maintaining a basic understanding of relevant insurance legislation, promoting good listening skills, and updating reports.
* You will also work closely with the team leader and seniors to ensure synergy and customer satisfaction.
Requirements include a high school certificate or equivalent, exceptional customer service skills, analytical and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* We value motivated individuals who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve results through effective time management.
* Prior experience in a similar broking/operational role is preferred, but not required.
