Job Summary
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in business development, client management, and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for driving recruitment solutions, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
* Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
* Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees.
* Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting.
* Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.
* Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
* Degree qualification or relevant experience – minimum 2 years of experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong business development and sales experience within recruitment.
* Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
