Job Description
We're seeking a highly organised and skilled PMO Manager to further develop and mature project management office operations across governance, finance, resourcing, and progress tracking.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a knack for refining PMO processes to deliver increased efficiency across the program.

Responsibilities
* Own governance across vendors and internal teams.
* Produce program-level governance reports.
* Provide oversight on financial reporting.
* Assist in developing team engagement strategies and organizing team offsite days.
Candidate Profile
* Strong preference for retail experience.
* Experience establishing transformation PMO capabilities.
* Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and articulate program objectives.
* Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities.
* A coaching mindset to enhance project management and PMO capabilities.
