Sustainable Pty Ltd is a small Design & Construction company with over 40 years' experience in delivering award-winning, design-led sustainable homes across Brisbane, the Darling and Southern Downs and broader south-east Queensland.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team part-time as Accounts Bookkeeper.
**This position requires**:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position using MYOB
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy (particularly Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sound mathematical skills, high administration/organisational skills and be team focused in a small office
- An ability to work unsupervised, handle pressure and work to deadlines.
- Must be available to work within normal business hours
**Main Responsibilities**:
- MYOB data entry for Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Daily sales and Bank reconciliation in MYOB
- Preparing operations reports monthly
- Maintaining a daily cash flow
- Administration duties as required
- Organised office management
**Previous experience with using MYOB and Excel is essential**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
