Exciting role for an experienced and motivated National Commercial Manager to join their supportive and dynamic team. This autonomous role will see you manage the commercial team, oversee and develop profitability of products and services.

**Duties**:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as fleet contracts or partnerships with insurance companies.
- Build and maintaining relationships with key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and customers, such as repair shops and dealerships.
- Manage the commercial team and oversee their performance, including hiring, training, and development.
- Develop pricing strategies and ensure profitability of products and services.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of the commercial department
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 3-5-years' experience in a similar role
- Background in automotive industry and car repairs preferred
- Strong customer focus
- Effective problem solver and decision maker
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Confident negotiation and rapport building skills.
