Brunel Perth, Western Australia, Australia is looking for a Field Project Engineer to join their Construction Management Owners Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure safe and timely execution of construction and pre-commissioning activities.
* Support the Delivery Team through completion and safe execution of the Civils & Underground (CUG) and Above Ground Installation (AGI) scope by the execution contractors.
* Ensure safe and quality execution of the scope whilst managing within cost and schedule expectations.
* Liaise with support functions including Contracts, Logistics, Materials Management and Project Controls to manage progress of the CUG and AGI scopes, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues to meet project outcomes.
Qualifications
* Engineering degree or equivalence with extensive experience in this field.
* Previous experience in a Construction Engineering role - preferably including electrical packaged equipment installation and pre-commissioning/commissioning.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well with both Construction Contractors and Asset Operations.
* Experience working in a Construction Environment, Capital Projects and brownfield exposure is beneficial.
* Proven ability to prioritise and help the Construction Team succeed.
