Join a Geelong based established NDIS/Allied Health Provider as their Participant Service Lead to deliver quality person and family centred NDIS support services that empower participants to achieve their life goals.

**Your day to day duties will include**
- Managing a team of 40 Allied Health Professionals with the support of senior leaders.
- Working collaboratively with managers and all Senior staff to lead a participant service area, planning, developing and overseeing the organisation's business outcomes in line with strategy objectives.
- Provide support to the Assistant Director to lead the delivery of Participant Services to achieve business objectives specifically in Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention and Behaviour Support.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor clinical performance and provide advice as required, to lead and drive the delivery of high quality and cost-effective services
- With the Assistant Director, provide regular business supervision to senior employees in-line with Access Your Supports supervision requirements.
**As the successful Participant Services Lead (Therapy) you will fit the following criteria's**:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Speech Pathology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in disability sector.
- Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team (minimum 3 years).
- Developed written and verbal interpersonal skills,
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and disability
industry.
- Valid Australian Drivers License.
- Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Cleared National NDIS Worker Screen Check.
