About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Wills & Estate Planning Solicitor with at least 2 years of Post- Admission Experience (PAE) to join our team. In this role, you will:
* Work closely with clients, taking instructions and building trusted relationships
* Draft a range of estate planning documents for simple or complex estate planning
* Work with Senior Associates collaboratively within an experienced team
* Manage deadlines, compliance, and accurate file records
* Handle multiple competing tasks and workload while maintaining quality and service levels
* Contribute to the firm's growth through seminars, networking, and client education.
Experience and qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years PAE in Wills & Estate Planning.
* Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD).
* Drafting skills and attention to detail.
* Strives for excellence and produces work that meets quality standards.
* Has great attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
* Capable of working collaboratively with a team and semi-autonomously under supervision of seniors
* Takes initiative and solves problems creatively
* Manages competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
