This role is within our mining services & delivery division. CorpCloud provides full communications technology services to mining sites primarily in Western Australia. These services include
* Full Mine Village commuications Operating and Non-Processing)
* Fibre backbone infrastructure
* Full routing and switching network
* Full indoor & outdoor wifi solutions
* Smart TV entertainment systems through our Cloud Hotel platform
* CCTV networks
* Backhal Microwave Communications Network including
* Construction of microwave towers
* Installation of remote solar communications facilities
* Installing and commissioning licensed microwave networks
* Operational Mining Communications Technology
* Install & commission point to point & point to multi point microwave networks
* Installing and commissioning site CCTV networks
* Installing and commissioning site Wi-Fi networks
* Cabling new buildings and operational areas
* Design and Installation of tower networks
Role Purpose
To lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of CorpCloud's mining services projects from sales handover to customer or support handover. You will manage these projects to ensure they are delivered safely and on budget, and to successfully implement communications, network, and entertainment solutions that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end delivery of our mining projects.
* Oversee the deployment of carrier-grade communications services, including fibre and point-to-point microwave solutions.
* Manage the implementation of managed entertainment systems (CloudHotel), CCTV, and access control systems.
* Deliver and implement managed network solutions for both core and edge networks across mine sites, including village and production areas/facilities.
* Lead the deployment of RF radio communications for operational and safety needs.
* Coordinate projects for both green-fields (new) and brown-fields (existing) sites, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
* Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
* Provide regular updates to directors and collaborate across business units for optimal outcomes.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Attributes
Candidates must have Australian work rights or valid visa authorisation to work in Australia.
Role Qualifications
Essential
* Essential: Experience in project management, preferably in mining, communications, or technology sectors
* Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience is required.
Work Knowledge
* Proven track record of delivering projects in a team environment.
* Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Skills
* Experience with fibre, microwave, RF radio, managed network solutions, CCTV, access control, and entertainment systems.
* Candidates must have substantial experience with most of the listed technical systems including fibre, microwave, RF radio, managed network solutions, CCTV, access control, and entertainment systems.
* Familiarity with mining site operations and technology integration.
