The Opportunity
Lead a high‑quality kindergarten program as an experienced Kindergarten Teacher (ECT) at our Sunbury team.
You will bring a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, using your skills to:
* Design and implement a stimulating, play‑based curriculum aligned with EYLF and Aspire's Grow, Learn & Connect framework
* Mentor and support educators within your room to achieve excellence in practice
* Build strong relationships with families, children, and your team
* Create engaging environments that foster creativity, curiosity, and confidence
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher
* Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
* VIT Registration (Provisional or Full)
* Demonstrated understanding of quality, compliance, and curriculum planning
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
* Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional education and care
