BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS

This role will give you the opportunity to manage your working day in the Darwin region, balancing your time on the road, engaging in face-to-face contact with potential clients and working from home.

This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking company where you can leverage your network, work close to home, and make a substantial personal and commercial impact nationwide.

In this role you will be responsible for driving the success of your region by engaging and developing relationships with clients in your community. You will be able to leverage from your professional network, combining working from home and presenting to clients face to face. You will be solution selling, identifying opportunities to add value and mitigate risk within your client's business. As you will be working across professional services it is essential you are highly credible and can provide confidence to your clients around the services that you are selling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities to closing deals with a diverse range of clients.
2. Utilise a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer challenges.
3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and clients, tapping into existing networks and new leads.
4. Engage in outbound activities such as calls, emails, and presentations to secure new business.
5. Foster solid relationships with clients, ensuring targets are exceeded through exceptional service and solution delivery.
6. Deliver impactful face-to-face presentations to potential clients.

What We're Looking For:

1. At least 2-3+ years of new business development or sales experience.
2. You will have a strong network of potential clients to leverage from.
3. Confidence and resilience in cold calling and prospecting.
4. Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders across various industries.
5. Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
6. Experience selling in a B2B environment.
7. Respectful and professional demeanour.
