A Head of VIC / WA is required to lead our Victoria and WA teams' growth and operations, reporting to the COO.
People living in regional and remote Australia experience poorer health outcomes and struggle to access health services.
Most locations we visit have a waitlist of 2 years, and in some places, allied health services have never existed before.

You can combine analytical and creative thinking to structure and optimize efficient, data-led operations for the states, with continuous problem solving.
Day-to-day objectives Oversee operations and clinical teams to deliver safe, excellent, and efficient services in Victoria and Western Australia.
Lead WA / VIC culture, staff attraction, and retention.
Manage state performance and financial outcomes, including P&L ownership.
Drive business development, growth, and manage relationships with senior government, NGO, and private stakeholders.
Travel monthly to WA.
Strategic objectives Collaborate with other state leaders to achieve national organizational goals.
Work with the CFO to meet financial targets.
Coordinate with the Group Clinical Director to ensure clinical excellence.
Support integration of metro clinic strategies with the executive team.
The ideal candidate will have Experience in allied health, health management, aviation, or similar fields (not mandatory).
Senior leadership experience in hyper-growth Australian startups.
Proven ability to motivate, guide, and foster a culture-focused team.
Track record of scaling a business to achieve financial KPIs.
