Model of Care Coach
You will have the opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the future of care services. As part of our Residential portfolio, you will partner with business leaders and their teams to co-design, implement, and execute innovative models of care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Co-designing new models of care with internal and external stakeholders
2. Partnering with business leaders to guide them through transformational change
3. Redesigning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
4. Testing and applying action learning to drive results
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating positive change and growth. You will be working with a range of stakeholders to bring about meaningful improvements in care services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Min 5 yrs. demonstrated experience in RAC or HCS business stream at an operational level
* Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and big picture mindset
* Strong facilitation and workshop skills, ability to provide constructive feedback
* Proficient MS Office and MS Project skills
