Automation Specialist
The role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of electrical infrastructure within a factory, from design and installation to maintenance, operation, improvement, and upgrade as part of an overall site strategy.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive technical solutions for capital investments projects in the factory, ensuring adherence to corporate and market standards.
* Prepare user and technical specifications for approval.
* Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and environment, with zero tolerance for unsafe situations.
Key Requirements
* A degree or diploma qualification, combined with substantial experience in electrical and automation engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably with electrical experience.
* Leadership experience in supervising technical teams, contractors, or external parties.
* Proficiency in installing, programming, and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs and variable speed drives is highly desirable.
