Our client is an innovative tech start-up with employees spread across Australia and the Philippines, focused on providing technology solutions primarily to mitigate client risk. They are transitioning from a start-up to a scale-up and have ambitious growth targets for the next 12 months.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance the client'ssoftware applications with high-quality and security standards.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the full stack.
Develop server-side applications using C# and .NET Core.
Design and manage databases, including query optimization and migrations.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and infrastructure (Docker, IaC).
Conduct thorough testing (manual and automated) including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly in production and development environments.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members for requirements gathering and technical feasibility discussions.
Contribute to code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and maintaining coding best practices.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for codebases, APIs, and system architectures.
Ensure application security, scalability, and performance throughout the development lifecycle.
Take ownership of DevOps tasks such as monitoring, logging, and incident response.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer working with C#, .NET Core, React, and SQL Server.
Proficient in back-end development using C# and .NET Core.
Experience in designing and optimizing relational databases (preferably SQL Server).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
Hands-on experience in writing unit and automated tests.
Good understanding of software security principles and secure coding practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and collaborative tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to team collaboration.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
Background in DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
